It started with space.
ERO began in 2018 with a belief that restoration is not a luxury. Through gatherings, mentorship, churches, schools and community spaces, women and girls were invited to slow down, reconnect and be supported.

Founded in 2018, ERO creates spaces where girls and women can breathe, connect, grow and rise.

Start where you are
A moment to pause
The work of wellbeing begins with permission to pause. Take thirty seconds here—or simply continue when you are ready.
Inhale — Make space. Hold — Be present. Exhale — Release what you can.
Our story
Girls and women need space to pause, breathe, reconnect and recharge.
ERO began in 2018 with a belief that restoration is not a luxury. Through gatherings, mentorship, churches, schools and community spaces, women and girls were invited to slow down, reconnect and be supported.
During COVID-19, the Guardian Angel Programme responded to heightened vulnerability with food assistance, psychosocial support and practical care for women navigating an exceptionally difficult season.
In 2025, ERO became formally registered as a Private Voluntary Organisation in Zimbabwe, creating new capacity for long-term programmes, partnerships and sustainable impact.
Today, ERO brings together mental wellbeing, mentorship, leadership and organisational capacity strengthening—building healthier people, teams and communities.
ERO’s history is visible in circles, school visits, practical support, women’s gatherings and the quieter moments in between.

Our three pillars
Wellbeing without guidance can fade. Leadership without wellbeing can burn out. Strong institutions without healthy people cannot sustain change. Our pillars work together.
Mental wellbeing
Safe and intentional environments where girls and women can pause, reflect, connect and develop practical tools for navigating emotional and social pressures.
Mentorship & leadership
Guidance, encouragement and exposure that help girls and women build confidence, discover purpose and develop their leadership potential.
Organisational capacity strengthening
Healthy teams and strong systems make sustainable community impact possible. ERO helps organisations build both.
Our signature model
A space to pause. A space to breathe. A space to become.
The Exhale Model creates intentional spaces where girls and women can pause, breathe, release, reconnect, restore and recharge.
Feature project · CTT Exhale Circle
The Exhale Circle is ERO’s signature collective care and mentorship model for girls. It began in October 2025 through a partnership with Center for Total Transformation (CTT) in Spitzkorp.
Each session combines conversation, reflection, practical wellbeing tools, mentorship and community—creating a consistent place where girls can be heard, supported and encouraged.
Enter a space designed for safety, presence and belonging.
Use guided conversation, writing and creative practice to make feelings visible.
Leave with practical tools, stronger language and connection to mentors and peers.

Community impact since 2018
Years of community engagement have shaped how ERO listens, responds and builds trust—across homes, schools, churches and partner organisations.
Invaluable Woman Exhale Conference
The annual flagship event brings women together around wellbeing, personal development, leadership, purpose and empowerment. Explore each confirmed edition below.
The first edition opened a recurring space for women to pause, connect, learn and be strengthened together.

A second year of women gathering for reflection, learning and connection.

The third edition continued the movement with joy, solidarity and shared experience.

The fourth edition captured the scale and warmth of a community growing together.

The fifth edition marked another year of intentional conversation, learning and leadership.

The sixth edition continued to centre conversation, reflection and meaningful connection.

A relaxed circle format reinforced the conference’s emphasis on openness, care and connection.

The eighth edition brought women together in an intimate, highly participatory setting.

2026 marks the 9th Edition of the Invaluable Woman Exhale Conference. A confirmed edition photograph can be added when supplied without changing this timeline.
